Spellcasting. The Libra is a 1-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 12, +4 to hit with spell attacks).

Cantrips (at will): Mage Hand

Equilibrium. Whenever a creature within 30 feet of Libra would make an attack roll, saving throw, or ability check with advantage or disadvantage, Libra can use her reaction to equalize the gravitational scales. The roll is made normally instead, negating both advantage and disadvantage.

Innate Spellcasting. Libra's spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 14). She can innately cast the following spell, requiring no components: At will: mage hand (the hand is invisible and can lift up to 30 pounds)

Actions

Multiattack. Libra makes two Gravity Pull attacks.

Gravity Pull. Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) force damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be pulled up to 15 feet in a straight line toward Libra or slammed down onto the ground, being knocked prone.

Gravity Crush (Recharge 5–6). Libra shifts her golden scales, rapidly increasing gravitational pressure in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point she can see within 60 feet. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 24 (7d6) force damage, is knocked prone, and its movement speed is halved until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and suffers no additional effects.
