Pain Immunity. Have advantage on Constitution saving throws.

Actions

Multiattack. The Censer-bearer makes two flail attacks.

Plague Censer (Flail). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8+2) Bludgeoning/Piercing damage + 6 (2d6) Acid damage.

Zealous Furry. The Plague Monk swings wildly with their flail all around them. Make 4 attacks at random targets (even at friendly creatures) within 10ft of the Plague Monk with a +3 to hit. Creatures within 15 feet make a DC 14 Constitution save. On failure, take 2d6 Acid dmg, become Poisoned and begin Suffocating. On success, half dmg and no Poisoned or Suffocation.
