When you create an account we collect your email address and a name. We also store the monsters and templates you create, including any text you enter. We do not collect payment information through the app itself; donations are processed by the third-party provider you choose.
How We Use Your Data
Your information is used solely to provide the service: to authenticate you, save your bestiaries, and display your content. We never sell your data to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our infrastructure. Access is restricted and protected using industry-standard security practices. Only you and authorized administrators can access your account data.
Third-Party Services
We use Google for optional sign-in authentication and Buy Me a Coffee for optional donations. These providers have their own privacy policies governing any data they collect.
Your Rights
You may export or delete your data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and takes effect after a 7-day grace period, in line with GDPR requirements.
