Zarak the Rogue Clown
Read-only review

Zarak the Rogue Clown
Once a legendary assassin and member of the League of Malevolence, Zarak has spent the past decade undercover in the Witchlight Carnival. He has not allowed his skills to become rusty, instead honing new deadly talents under the guise of a circus performer.
Special Equipment. Zarak carries a potion of invisibility, a potion of greater healing and two alchemical smoke bombs. He wears a suit of glamoured studded leather. His daggers are magical and can be transformed into flying daggers (flying sword stat block).
Actions
Multiattack. Zarak makes two dagger attacks.
Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20 / 60 ft. one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) piercing damage, plus an extra 6 (2d6) piercing damage if the target is a creature Zarak and Zarak had advantage on the attack.
Garrote. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. one Medium or smaller. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) slashing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 11). Until this grapple ends, the target takes 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage at the start of its turns. Zarak cannot grapple another creature or use Assassin’s Whim .
Bonus Action - Assassin’s Whim. Zarak takes the Dash, Disengage or Hide action.
Bonus Action - Smoke Bomb (2 uses). Zarak throws down a bomb that explodes and creates a 10-foot-radius cloud of smoke centred on his space. The smoke heavily obscures the area and lasts for 1 minute or until disrupted and dispersed.
Reactions
Uncanny Dodge. Zarak halves the damage he takes from an attack made against him, provided he can see the attacker or detect it with blindsight.
