Veilwood Quickling
Read-only review

Veilwood Quickling
Feral, unnaturally fast hunters that appear from nowhere and vanish before their enemies can respond. They target scouts, messengers, officers, spellcasters, and isolated soldiers, using their speed to wound and scatter the enemy. Their purpose is to create confusion and expose victims for the Redcaps.
Fey Ancestry. The Quickling has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put it to sleep.
Blinding Speed. The Quickling doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it moves out of an enemy's reach.
Elusive. The Quickling can take the Disengage action as a bonus action.
Elf-Hater. The Quickling has advantage on attack rolls against an elf if the elf hasn't taken a turn yet in the current combat.
First Strike. If the Quickling hits a creature that hasn't taken its turn in the current combat, the attack deals an additional 1d6 damage.
